Welcome to the mobile application Color Cascade ("the Game"). The Game is provided by Hidden Cogs LLC (referred to herein as "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Game.
2. License to Use the Game
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use on an Android device that you own or control. All other rights in the Game are reserved by us.
3. Advertising
The Game uses advertising to support its development and operation. We use third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob, to display ads. These services may collect and use information about your use of the Game and other applications on your device to show you targeted advertisements. 4. In-App Purchases
The Game offers an in-app purchase to remove ads. This purchase is processed through the Google Play Store. You agree that all transactions and payments are subject to the terms and conditions of Google Play.
• Purchase: The "Remove Ads" product is a one-time purchase that removes banner and interstitial advertisements from the Game on any device associated with the Google Account used for the purchase.
• Refunds: All refund requests for in-app purchases must be made through Google Play. We are unable to process refunds directly.
• Non-Transferable: This purchase is tied to your Google Play account. It will be available on all devices where you are logged into the same account, but it is not transferable to a different Google Play account.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Game to:
• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Game.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Game.
• Engage in any form of cheating, hacking, or exploiting the Game.
6. Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property The Game, including the code, user interface, and overall design, is owned by us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Certain components, including graphics, sound effects, and libraries, may be licensed from third parties (such as the Unity Asset Store) and remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game without our express written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Game after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
